Track a Shipment

After your order is shipped via any of our available Shipping Methods, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us in 24 hours. A tracking number of your shipment is included in the shipment confirmation email. You can use the tracking number to track your shipment below.

FedEx (FedEx Priority Mail Service)

EMS (Express Mail Service)
Should your order is shipped via EMS, please click here Track a Shipment via Thailand Post. However, Thailand Post currently can track your shipment within Thailand only. Therefore, after the status of your shipment is "Outgoing International", you need to wait at least 3 business days to track your shipment here: Track a Shipment via Your Country’s Post.

RMS (Registered Mail Service)
Should your order is shipped via RMS, please click here Track a Shipment via Thailand Post. However, Thailand Post currently can track your shipment within Thailand only. Therefore, after the status of your shipment is "Outgoing International", you need to wait at least 3 business days to track your shipment here: Track a Shipment via Your Country’s Post.
