Home > Policies > 30-Day Return Guarantee 30-Day Return Guarantee We are confident that our gold jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, should you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order in 30 days from the shipping date for exchange or refund.

Step 1: Contact Us to request a Return Authorization Code for your return item(s). And provide us your order number, Product ID of the return item, and reason of the return. Step 2: Write your Return Authorization Code, Product ID of the return item, and reason of the return on the back side of your Guarantee Certificate. Then, return the item with its original Jewelry Gift Box and Guarantee Certificate. Next, pack them into its original shipping package (a Bubble Envelop, Carton Box, FedEx Pak, or FedEx Box).  Please also write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of the shipping package. Step 3: You must use a shipping service that does not require you to declare the title and value of the item in the shipping package, such as Registered Air Mail Service. Should you are required to declare its value and title, please declare its title as "Accessory" with total value at $15.  If possible, please also use a shipping service that allows us to track & trace your shipping package online. Step 5: After we receive your return package, we will inform you in 24 hours. Then our Quality Assurance Department will verify the authenticity and condition of the returned item. “A credit for exchanging item” or “a refund for returning item" will be issued in 5 business days. ---> In cases of exchanging item, a credit to your next purchase with us is equal to the original purchase value of your returned item. Shipping charge is non refundable. For your next purchase, please contact us before placing order, and provide us your Return Authorization Code, name, and credit amount. In the case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item by our fault, we will ship the new item to you with our expenses. ---> In cases of returning item, a refund is equal to the original purchase value of your returned item less 15% handling & restocking fees of the original purchase value of the returned item. Shipping charge is non refundable. All refunds will be issued via the original payment method of the returned item. However, should we cannot process refund via your original payment method, we will reserve the right to refund you via any of other available payment methods. 1) A Guarantee Certificate and Return Authorization Code must accompany their returned item. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered in any way. Otherwise we reserve the right to send it back to you with your expense. All items damaged due to client's negligence cannot be returned.   2) We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery, so if possible, please insure the return item to cover its full value. Although we require you to declare your item value at 15 usd, it is your responsibility to find an insurance company that allows you to insure your item in full value. To insure your item, you can contact your local post office, or Group 4 Securicor, a worldwide shipping & insurance company for valuables. Shipping & insurance charges of your return item from your country to us (Thailand) are your expenses.   3) “Wholesale Order” or “items in any promotional campaign” is not applicable to 30-Day Return Guarantee. However, should there was an error or damage made by our part, we will happily exchange your item in 30 days from the shipping date, and ship it back to you with our expenses.   4) Gifts to third parties are not refundable, but can only be exchanged.   5) Should you do not follow any instruction of this return policy, and there is additional cost (such as duty & import taxes at Thailand), it will be your expenses.
