That is why we offer Lifetime Guarantee on every piece of our jewelry products, so you can be confident that you are not buying fake gold jewelry from us. Please note that we never sell gold plated or gold filled jewelry. Only real solid gold jewelry are offered at AmuletJewel.com.   We offer Lifetime Guarantee on the pure gold percentages used to craft our jewelry, and the gemstone authenticity as we describe on our website or in your Guarantee Certificate. Whenever the pure gold percentages or the gemstone authenticity of your jewelry is not as described, you can return it for full refund, or full customer credit (for exchanges) of your original purchase. Although, we strongly believe this case will never happen, we still want to offer this Lifetime Guarantee on every piece of our gold jewelry to ensure you the quality of our jewelry products.

Step 1: Contact Us to request a Return Authorization Code for your return item(s). And provide us your order number, Product ID of the return item, and reason of the return. Step 2: Write your Return Authorization Code, Product ID of the return item, and reason of the return on the back side of your Guarantee Certificate. Then, return the item with its original Jewelry Gift Box and Guarantee Certificate. Next, pack them into (if possible) its original shipping package (a Bubble Envelop, Carton Box, FedEx Pak, or FedEx Box).  Please also write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of the shipping package. Step 3: You must use a shipping service that does not require you to declare the title and value of the item in the shipping package, such as Registered Air Mail Service. Should you are required to declare its value and title, please declare its title as "Gold Plated Jewelry" with total value at $15. If possible, please also use a shipping service that allows us to track & trace your shipping package online. Step 5: After we receive your return package, we will inform you in 24 hours. Then our Quality Assurance Department will verify the authenticity and condition of the returned item. “A credit for exchanging item” or “a refund for returning item" will be issued in 5 business days after the Department confirms that your returned jewelry is not as we described. ---> In cases of exchanging item, a credit to your next purchase with us is equal to the original purchase value of your returned item plus the original shipping & handling charges. For your next purchase, please contact us before placing order, and provide us your Return Authorization Code, name, and credit amount. ---> In cases of returning item, a refund is equal to the original purchase value of your returned item plus the original shipping & handling charges.  All refunds will be issued via the original payment method of the returned item.
